luggage issues...

I love to watch people getting their bags at the airport. This one lady today looked really confused. She got a big red bag off the belt and looked at the tag. The put the suitcase back on and waited for a little bit. Suddenly she reached out and grabbed a big grey bag. Looked with another confused face at this tag and then put it back as well...
