recycling...

When I signed up for this apartment I had to sign a paper saying I would recycle. I know of very few people who do. All the trash generated in the apartments are just put out on the sidewalk, waiting to be picked up by the garbage truck. That's where the recycling happens. The homeless step in and go through all the plastic bags, picking out aluminum cans, bottles etc.
