help...?

There is people working, all over the place. Tons of positions, managers, assistant managers, floor people, etc etc. The one thing that bother me though is that nobody knows anything. (I know this is a generalization but still...) You can go to an electronic store and ask for a hard drive or a computer part and the answer is pretty much: "I am not sure" and they read the label.... It drives me insane!!!
