Everyday when I walk to the subway I look in the windshields of the cars I pass. Everyone's got an excuse for parking illegally; priests, doormen, doctors, firemen and most of all cops. Today one of the cars stood out though. It was a yellow cab with a police plate in the front windshield.
This makes me think back a few months when I thought I saw flashing police lights in a yellow cab. I wasn't crazy, it was an undercover police car.
