bright and early...

It happens every time... at around 3.30am - 4 am. This time it was 3.46am. I roll over and I am totally awake. Try the 'ol drink of water, going to the bathroom and counting sheep (or HD Plasma TVs in my case) but nothing helps. So I end up watching tv... for hours! Why can't there be only one time zone... or wait... that might not work... or... ahh what the hell... back to the tv!
