helpful or crazy...?

Nina and I were sitting in the park at Union Square. We´re watching this man trying to fill his water bottle in the drinking fountain. The bottle was too big and he ends up "scooping" water with both hands into the bottle. All of a sudden this lady approaches the man, opens up her purse, removes a prescription pill bottle. She then begins to fill the pill bottle with water and emptying it into the water bottle. Once done, the man smiles and thanks her before moving on...
