In this country tipping is a given. If Nina and I go to the local diner and have a meal for $20, the tip is 4 bucks. But is we go to a fancy resturant and eat for $100, the tip is $20. Did the "fancy" waiter or waitress really work that much harder to bring us the food. Just a thought...
