What's up with the cab drivers in this city. They´re always on the phone, talking, talking, talking. Who are they talking to, and about what? All of a sudden you hear something, you think they´re talking to you, but nooooo, the handsfree dangling across the face is getting another hit. I guess they need all the tips they can get, to pay for the phone bill...
